WAPOL Roof Coating, specially developed for roofs, have been used to refurbish roof of more than 30 years old or as new as 2 years old and had successfully completed projects like Singapore Cricket Club which celebrated its 100 years anniversary recently and the entire roof for Pebble Bay Condominium.

Old roof tends to have more porous roofing tiles with badly infested fungus and algae, with some tiles misaligned and cement mortar at the ridge that are cracked over the years.

MVM washes the roof with high pressure cleaner and fungus treatment, repair and seal cracked ridge capping and widely exposed tile gaps with liquid applied membrane reinforced with fiber and other necessary repair works before proceeding to coat the roof.

A WAPOL sealer coat is than applied over the entire roof to seal the porosity of the roofing tiles and thereafter, two coats of WAPOL Ceramic Fortified Roof Coats are applied to protect the roofing tiles and at the same time reducing heat transfer into the building.

With only a fraction of the costs of re-roofing, WAPOL can gives an old roof a new breeze of life and enhancing the value of the property.

Furthermore, WAPOL provides a five years warranty for its coating against peeling and fungus attack.

With rising costs of steel materials, WAPOL is the perfect solution to protect and treat leaking and corroded metal roofs. Many owners, including SAF Army Camps, warehouse owners have benefited from using WAPOL.

Most original coating on metal roof will begin to break down and turn powdery after 12 to 13 years and if not treated, corrosion will begin to set in, which will render the roof more expensive to repair.

WAPOL Roof Coats being specifically designed for roof will protect the roof from the elements and as it has build in ceramic beads, laboratory test had shown that it is able to reduce heat coming into the building for roofs that are coated with WAPOL.

For roofs that are already corroded, Corroseal Rust Converter Primer (widely used in the marine industry) is used to kill the rust before proceeding to top coat the metal roof with WAPOL Roof Coats.
